Responsibility details are not available.
This is an accessory set of weapons and personal equipment for figures of Polish cavalry (uhlans) from the campaign of 1939, in 1:35 scale. It is neither a kit of a vehicle nor a figure in its own right; the set serves for arming and completing figures, or for bringing a diorama to life. It holds typical items of the armament and equipment of the Polish cavalry from the beginning of the Second World War.
The uhlans were the light cavalry of the Polish army. In September 1939 they fought above all as mobile infantry; they used horses for rapid movement and fought dismounted, with rifles, machine guns and antitank means. The widespread myth about charges with sabers against tanks does not correspond to reality. The typical armament consisted of rifles and bayonets, sabers, in some cases the wz. 35 antitank rifle and other field equipment.
Separate the individual parts, clean them up and fit them to figures or into a scene. Choose the corresponding glue according to the material (plastic or resin); with resin use cyanoacrylate. You will shade the metal and leather parts with a dark base, metallic shades and a fine wash.
This is an accessory set, not a complete model. Figures, glue and paints are not part of the package, unless stated otherwise.
