An injection-molded plastic kit of the German medium tank Panzerkampfwagen IV in the Ausf. G version in 1:35 scale from Dragon. The set captures the characteristic features of this version and offers markings for the service of the Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler unit at Kharkov in 1943. The box holds the parts for the hull, the turret and the running gear, and decals.
The Pz.Kpfw. IV was the most widespread German medium tank of the Second World War and went through a series of versions. The Ausf. G was a development step with a longer 75 mm gun, which raised its effectiveness against armored targets. The version was widely used on the Eastern Front, among other places during the fighting at Kharkov at the beginning of 1943.
Use liquid cement for plastic and clean the flash off the parts. Finish the running gear and the interior before closing up the hull. We recommend a primer, an airbrush and then washes and pigments for mud and dust effects. The period configuration also includes side skirts (Schürzen), where these are in the set.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
