1:35 Railing for buildings Middle East is a diorama accessory with railings for the balconies and stairways of Middle Eastern building.
Responsibility details are not available.
An accessory for builders of dioramas who set their action in the towns of the Middle East. It holds railings in the form familiar from the balconies, flat roofs and outside stairways of the buildings there: closely spaced vertical bars, simple decorative waves, no European wrought-iron lacework. Without this element concrete backdrops look bare and unfinished.
Towns in Iraq, Syria or Lebanon have houses with a flat roof that the inhabitants use as living space. Railings and low walls therefore edge almost every terrace, and in dioramas of modern conflicts they are as characteristic as satellite dishes and air conditioning units. In photographs they tend to be bent, extended and painted with several coats over rust.
First try out dry where the cutout of the terrace will end, and only then shorten the parts. Fixing them into a plaster or foam backdrop is safer with two-part epoxy than with cyanoacrylate glue, because a porous surface soaks it up. Take the finish from rust through chipped paint to a veil of dust, which brings the shade of the railing into line with the masonry.
Neither a building nor a vehicle is in the box; it is a separate building element.
