Unlike the command versions, this is a standard combat Panther. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted; for the exact contents of the package, go by the enclosed instructions.
The Panther Ausf.A was the second main variant of the German Panther medium tank. Compared with the initial Ausf.D it brought a new commander's cupola with periscopes and a ball mount for a machine gun in the frontal armor of the hull. The vehicle was powered by a Maybach twelve-cylinder gasoline engine and the main armament was the long 75mm gun with a high muzzle velocity and excellent penetrating power, thanks to which the Panther was among the most feared tanks of its time.
First finish the running gear and the details of the hull before you close up the upper areas. Spray the base over a primer; three-tone camouflages applied with an airbrush suit the Panther. Washes will accentuate the rivets and the edges, and pigments and a dry brush will add mud and dust effects as well as scuffed metal on the tracks and the fenders. Check any Zimmerit or accessories against the enclosed instructions.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
