This set from the Ukrainian maker Kelik is a diorama accessory, not a kit. The sea fish are printed by the 3D decal technique – a thin relief print with a three-dimensional surface and pre-printed colors, which captures the details faithfully. It is applied like a conventional waterslide decal.
