This is a photo-etched metal diorama accessory that is not a vehicle model and not a kit. It reproduces a wrought fence of type C in 1:35 scale, with which you can enclose yards, farmsteads or urban scenes. The thin photo-etched parts capture the fine grillwork and read more faithfully than a plastic version.
A fence encloses a diorama scene, gives it scale and forms a frame around vehicles or buildings. The segments are lined up one after another to the length you need and match the gate and wicket of the same type.
Separate the segments with a sharp knife and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); for stability, set them into the groundwork. Degrease the metal before painting and apply a primer for metal. A dark base, dry-brushing and rust washes will support the wrought look.
