Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of five figures in 1:35 scale from MiniArt. It depicts Soviet combat engineers of the Second World War at engineer work, including mine detection. The set is rich in parts and accessories and is to be glued and painted.
Soviet combat engineers (sappers) carried out demanding tasks: clearing mines, building crossings and securing an advance. They wore field uniforms, helmets or side caps and specialized equipment. The mine-detection theme gives the figures characteristic, concentrated poses that suit tense diorama scenes.
MiniArt parts tend to be fine, so separate them carefully with a sharp knife and clean up the joints with a file. Apply a primer before painting. Shade the Soviet uniforms with khaki and brown tones and paint the faces in layers. Mud and dust on the equipment are supported by a dark wash and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
