MiniArt 1:35 Soviet Infantry Weapons and Equipment Special Edition is a plastic set of Soviet infantry weapons and equipment for dioramas and for completing figures.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a set of accessories in injection-molded plastic from the maker MiniArt in 1:35 scale, in the Special Edition version completed with photo-etch. It contains Soviet infantry weapons and equipment of the Second World War period, which will bring figures, vehicles and dioramas to life. The Special Edition adds fine photo-etched parts where plastic would not be enough, for example buckles, straps or small fittings.
The Soviet infantry of the Second World War used a wide range of weapons and equipment, from bolt-action rifles and submachine guns through machine guns to field gear, packs, helmets, ammunition pouches and canteens. It is exactly these small things that give a scene its scale and believability and help tell the story of a diorama.
Separate the plastic parts with cutters and clean them up; bend the photo-etched items over a metal edge and bond them with super glue. The weapons and equipment show to advantage once painted in shades of wood and steel and given light weathering. It pays to place the accessories naturally around the figures and the equipment.
This is an accessory set, not a model of a vehicle or a figure in its own right. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
