T-62 Wheels Set is a set of replacement road wheels for a model of the Soviet T-62 tank from MiniArt in 1:35 scale. It is not a tank model but a detail accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the maker MiniArt contains a set of road wheels for a model of the Soviet T-62 medium tank in 1:35 scale. It is a detail accessory, not a stand-alone tank model. The wheels are intended to be swapped for the parts of the base kit and they raise the fidelity of the running gear.
The T-62 was a Soviet medium tank that followed on from the T-55 type, the first production tank armed with a 115 mm smoothbore gun. The characteristic cast road wheels are among the typical recognition features of this vehicle, which served in many armies and conflicts of the second half of the twentieth century.
Carefully separate the parts from the sprue gates and clean up the mating surfaces. Dry-fit them on the axles of the base kit before gluing. The wheels paint up well on their own; bring out the rubber tire bands and the hubs with a wash and apply dust and mud pigments to the surfaces that meet the road for a realistic look.
This is a detail accessory for another model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
