Meng The Victory Kiss (1:35) is a resin set of two figures capturing the famous kiss from the celebrations of the end of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure set in 1:35 scale from Meng. The package consists of two unassembled figures that capture the iconic motif of the joyful kiss between a sailor and a woman during the celebrations of the end of the war. The castings are marked by fine rendering of the faces, the clothing and the folds of cloth. It is a collector's figure scene for more experienced modelers, not a model of an aircraft or a vehicle.
The motif comes from the world-famous photograph taken on Times Square in New York on the day of Japan's surrender in 1945. The picture became one of the most famous images of the celebrations of the end of the Second World War and a symbol of the relief and joy at the return of peace.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and clean up the mold seams. Glue the resin with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); use respiratory protection when sanding. We recommend a base coat of primer and building the shades up in layers, whether with a brush or an airbrush; the faces and hands benefit from fine shading.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
