This product is a turned metal barrel from FineMolds in 1:35 scale, meant as a replacement for the plastic barrel on a model of the Japanese Type 2 Ho-I. It is not a vehicle kit but a single accurate accessory that markedly raises the realism of the finished model.
A turned metal barrel has a perfectly round section and a sharp muzzle, which is hard to achieve on a barrel molded in two halves. There is no seam to clean up and no sanding. The part is simply glued into the place of the original plastic barrel, ideally with super glue.
The Type 2 Ho-I was a Japanese vehicle of the period of the Second World War, armed with a 75 mm gun. It served to give fire support to armored units.
This is a barrel on its own, not a vehicle model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
