The armored bulldozer came about by fitting a bulldozer blade to a tracked tractor completed with protective armor for the cab and the engine. It was used for earthworks, clearing obstacles and building fortifications even under fire. The combination of a civilian machine and military armor gives it an unmistakable look.
Separate the fine parts from the sprues with a sharpened knife and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. Finish and paint the running gear before fitting the tracks. Build up the base with primer, then an airbrush in a shade of olive drab, and fine-tune the patina with washes and dust pigments for faithful mud effects.
