This is a modeling accessory from the Quinta Studio brand in 1:35 scale: a set of colored floor mats for the cab of the Ural-4320 truck, the Type 2 version. The parts are 3D printed directly on decal paper, so they have a noticeable raised quality and faithful colors with no need to spray or hand paint. It is not a vehicle kit but an upgrade set for raising the realism of the interior.
The 3D decal is applied much like a classic waterslide decal: the part is softened in water and transferred onto the relevant surface, where it settles into the shape of the floor. The result is a layered mat with a worn-in tread and a texture that flat printing cannot imitate. The Type 2 version differs from the other variants in the pattern and the shade of the mat.
Degrease the surface before application and lay down a gloss base for better adhesion. Work with plenty of water and a soft brush, and once it has dried a light wash can be added to bring out the relief. Recommended for modelers with experience of decals.
