The set contains two resin castings of helmets of the type worn by American helicopter pilots in the Vietnam War period, in 1:35 scale. The finely made parts capture the characteristic shape of a flight helmet including the folding visor and are intended for superdetailing figures or cockpit interiors.
The helmets can be fitted to the heads of pilot figures, or placed as an accessory in a cockpit or among the crew gear. They add to the realism of a scene showing American aircrew.
Wash the parts to remove any mold release agent and separate them from the casting blocks. Bond with super glue. The helmets are best painted in acrylics with a rich gloss on the visor; small markings can be added with a decal or a fine brush.
This is an accessory set, not a complete model. Figures, kits and paints are not included in the package.
