This set is NOT a model of equipment but a diorama structure in 1:35 scale. The village chapel from the Czech firm Plusmodel is made up of cast parts, out of which you build a small religious building as a telling landmark of a European scene. It suits scenes of the Second World War and civilian subjects alike.
Chapels and wayside shrines were an inseparable part of the Central European landscape and its villages. In a diorama they make a natural point of reference, where the paths and the story of the scene come together.
Bond the cast parts with PVA (white) glue. The material is easy to engrave and sand, so you can bring out the joints in the plaster, the flaking and the traces of age. You bring plaster to life with a dry pencil and filters, and for earthy weathering use washes and pigments. Set the roof and any wooden items apart in different shades.
This is a diorama set, not a model of a vehicle. Figures, glue and paints are not included in the package.
