Mantis Miniatures WWI German Stormtrooper (1:35) is an unpainted resin figure of a German assault infantryman of the First World War for experienced modelers.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is an unpainted figure of a German assault soldier of the First World War cast in resin in 1:35 scale. The fine casting with its period equipment is intended rather for advanced modelers. The manufacturer is the Polish brand Mantis Miniatures, which concentrates on resin figures for dioramas and vignettes.
The subject is a member of the German assault detachments (Sturmtruppen) of the end of the First World War. These soldiers were trained for rapid breakthrough attacks in trench warfare and carried lighter, more mobile equipment, grenades and assault weapons. The figure is captured in a fighting pose and suits trench scenes of the Western Front.
Wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and protect your airways while sanding. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and apply a base coat (primer) before painting. Build the uniform, the skin and the equipment with layered shades, a wash into the folds and a dry brush on the edges.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin casting. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
