This cast diorama accessory in 1:35 scale represents a section of a fortified bunker typical of World War II. It is not a vehicle kit or a model of a building, but a finished base with a realistic concrete surface texture and traces of hits, on which figures can be placed. The casting is made of a special lightweight resin with a matte white surface.
It serves as the foundation for a vignette or a smaller diorama with infantry. The surface readily takes a base coat, concrete tones and weathering with washes and pigments to bring out the texture. Before painting, wash the part to remove mold release residue, sand down the mold parting lines and apply a primer for better paint adhesion.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Figures, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
