A pair of turned barrel tips for the 7.92 mm MG 34 machine gun with an armored sleeve for models of the Pz.Kpfw. III family in 1:35 scale, meant for Dragon kits.
Responsibility details are not available.
The muzzle of a machine gun is one of the places on a vehicle model where a plastic part gives its origin away most: the hole tends to be only suggested and the wall is too thick. A turned metal tip has the barrel drilled through and the outline of the muzzle crisp, so it stands up to a close look and to macro photography without reservation.
Two turned barrel tips for the 7.92 mm MG 34 machine gun with an armored sleeve, in 1:35 scale. The set is meant for models of the Pz.Kpfw. III family armed with the 5 cm KwK gun and is aimed at Dragon kits. Which particular kit numbers the set fits is stated by the manufacturer.
Cut the plastic part away with a sharp blade or a saw and level the face, so that the metal tip beds home without tilting. Metal is not joined by cement for polystyrene: use cyanoacrylate glue, or with a larger gap rather an epoxy, which gives you time to align the axis. Degrease the part before painting and lay on a primer meant for metal, or the coat will chip in handling. Match the shade to the vehicle around it and knock the shine of the metal back, because in the field a barrel reads rather dark and matte. Check the axis of the barrel from the front and from above before the glue has set.
The kit of the vehicle, the paints, the glue and the tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
