This set is NOT a helicopter model but a trio of 3D printed resin crew figures in 1:48 scale. The pilots are conceived as seated figures suitable for placing in the cockpit of a model of the heavy CH-53E or MH-53E helicopter, and they bring the interior of the machine to life.
The CH-53E Super Stallion is an American heavy transport helicopter with three engines and a seven-blade rotor; its naval mine countermeasures variant carries the designation MH-53E Sea Dragon. The crew wear flight helmets and life vests. The figures capture pilots in flight gear in a seated position.
Wash the resin figures free of print resin residue, cut the print supports off carefully and clean the surfaces up with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Apply primer and paint the figures with a brush - the flight suits, the vests and the helmets; finish the faces with layering and fine shadows.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the kit are not included in the package.
