A plastic model of the Chinese J-20 combat aircraft in 1:48 scale in the configuration with armament on external pylons, known as Beast Mode.
Responsibility details are not available.
The J-20 is a Chinese twin-engined combat aircraft designed with a reduced radar signature. You can recognize it by its slender fuselage, its delta wing with canard foreplanes and its angular air intakes. It normally hides its armament in internal bays in order to stay as inconspicuous as possible.
On low-observable aircraft the nickname Beast Mode denotes a configuration in which the machine carries its armament on external pylons under the wing. It thereby trades part of its stealth for a substantially larger load. Which armament options and which parts the package holds is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
The model in 1:48 scale comes as a set of parts to assemble and paint. The procedure is the usual one for modern jet aircraft:
The set will please a builder who already has a multi-part jet aircraft model behind him; the 1:48 scale allows the cockpit and the landing gear to be worked up in detail. The paints, the glue, the filler and the decal softener are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
