An aftermarket resin, 3D-printed cockpit set for the two-seat F-105G Thunderchief in the Wild Weasel version for the suppression of enemy air defenses, 1:48 scale. It is a detailed edition, in which the instrument panels and consoles are rendered as fine relief for painting by hand, not as decals. The set replaces the interior of a plastic kit and markedly raises the fidelity of the cockpit.
The F-105G was the two-seat version of the Thunderchief adapted for the suppression of enemy air defenses. Behind the pilot sat an electronic warfare officer, which makes the cockpit a richly equipped space full of instruments and control panels. It is precisely this complexity that the set captures.
The set is supplied as unassembled and unpainted resin parts. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
