A resin detail set from Aires. It is not an airplane model but an accessory meant to improve the basic plastic F-16I Sufa kit from Great Wall Hobby (GWH) in 1:48 scale. The set replaces the engine exhaust nozzle with a more faithfully shaped resin part with worked-out inner as well as outer detail. The nozzle is rendered in the open position (the petals widely spread) - matching an engine on the ground after shutdown.
On the F-16 the exhaust nozzle is one of the places most exposed to view, and in a basic kit it tends to be simplified. This set replaces it with a more accurate part and markedly raises the realism of the rear end of the model. The matching basic F-16I Sufa kit from GWH is needed for the build - the accessory does not replace it.
