Eduard F-16I Sufa Space Set (for Kinetic Kits) is a premium set for equipping the cockpit of the model in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory – 3D instrument panels on backing decal paper and steel seat belts for the standard F-16I Sufa kit from Kinetic.

A detail set from the Czech maker Eduard (Obrnice near Most), who ranks among the world leaders of the aircraft aftermarket. It is not an aircraft model but cockpit equipment for the injection-molded F-16I Sufa kit – specifically for the standard Kinetic release, which you have to own separately. The Space line is the highest level of cockpit detail you can reach without assembling small photo-etched parts.
The core is a 3D instrument panel and side consoles printed on backing decal paper with realistic color and real depth – the instruments look three-dimensional, like glass dials. They are joined by steel (stainless) pre-painted seat belts with a faithful metallic sheen on the buckles. The 3D panels have no adhesive layer of their own: only the backing paper is moistened with a sponge and a drop of detergent, the panel is lifted off with tweezers and fixed with white PVA glue, which makes the set suitable even for modelers who do not dare tackle classic photo-etched parts. Do not use a decal softener, as the chemicals attack the printed resin.
The F-16I Sufa (Hebrew for storm) is the Israeli two-seat version of the F-16 fighter. It differs from standard machines in its extended dorsal spine with an avionics housing, conformal fuel tanks for longer range and extensive Israeli avionics and armament. The cockpit therefore has its own particulars, and the set is cut directly for them.
Eduard makes three levels of cockpit improvement, according to how far you want to go: the steel belts are the smallest step that still changes the cockpit, Zoom adds selected pre-painted photo-etched parts and Space is the maximum. Watch the target kit: this set is for the standard Kinetic release, while a separate Space variant serves the Kinetic Gold Edition – do not mix the two up.
This is an accessory for a kit, not a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included. The steel belts are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
