Colored Kelik 3D interior decals for faithfully bringing the cockpits of the fighter-bomber F-4 E Phantom to life in 1:48 scale. The set renders the instrument panels, the side consoles and the controls of the front as well as the rear compartment.
The F-4 E was one of the most widespread combat versions of the Phantom. It brought an internal cannon in the nose and an improved radar and became the main strike and fighter machine of a whole row of air forces around the world for many years of the Cold War.
These are colored 3D interiors on decal film. The film follows the relief in three dimensions and once applied it looks like a solid part. Give the surface under the decal a gloss clear coat first, then press the element down into the details with a soft cotton swab and seal it with a matte clear coat. Check the manufacturer's instructions for whether a decal softener may be used on it; with printed elements manufacturers tend to be cautious about one.
This is a decal set (an aftermarket accessory), not a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
