A set of precisely cut painting masks from the manufacturer Omask in 1:48 scale. The masks serve to mask the cockpit glazing and the wheels of a model of the Vought F4U Corsair fighter in the early Birdcage version, whose canopy has pronounced framing. Thanks to the masks the frames come out sharp and with no paint creeping over.

Use

• Lift the masks carefully off the sheet and lay them on the glazing and the wheels according to the instructions.
• Press the edges down firmly so that paint does not creep under them, and then spray with an airbrush.
• Lift the masks once the paint is dry; you get clean cockpit frames and precisely painted tires.
• The masks can also be used for masking when airbrushing several shades on a small area.
