A resin detail set in 1:48 scale from the Czech accessory manufacturer CMK. It is not an aircraft model but a set for the cockpit of the Focke-Wulf Fw 190A fighter. It contains the seat and the armour of the side and back sections, in the version without molded seat belts. You will appreciate this version if you want to use your own belts, for example photo-etched or fabric ones. A variant with harnesses also exists.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190A was a German single-seat fighter of the Second World War with a BMW 801 radial engine. The cockpit is one of the most closely watched places on a finished model, especially with the canopy open. Precisely cast armour gives the pilot's compartment realistic depth and prepares the surface for your own belts.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks off and sand them with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Paint the interior before the fuselage is closed and accent the metal items with a fine wash. Add your own belts according to the type you choose.
This is an accessory, not a standalone model. The base aircraft kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
