SPACE is a line from the Czech manufacturer Eduard that combines colored 3D decals printed on decal backing paper with etched steel parts in a single set. For the model of the torpedo bomber Handley Page Hampden TB Mk.I in 1:48 scale, it delivers ready-colored instrument panels, side panels and safety harnesses that would otherwise be painted laboriously by hand. It serves as an upgrade for a specific kit and does not make a stand-alone model.
Typically layered 3D decals for the instrument panel and side panels, plus etched steel parts including harnesses. The elements have no adhesive layer of their own: dampen the backing paper under them with a sponge and a drop of dish soap, lift the element off with tweezers and fix it with white (PVA) glue. Do not use a decal softener, since the chemistry will damage the printed resin. The colored areas are finished at the factory, so there is no need to paint the fine cockpit details.
This is a detail accessory, not an aircraft model. The base kit is not included in the package.
