This is a detail photo-etched set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, not a kit. The Steel line means self-adhesive, pre-painted pilot's seat belts made of thin stainless sheet which, thanks to layered printing, look more realistic than flat paper or plastic belts. The set is made specifically for the Hawker Hurricane Mk.I fighter in 1:48 scale and, according to the name, for the Arma Hobby kit.
It replaces simple or entirely missing harness belts in the cockpit and gives the pilot's seat the feel of real equipment. The steel line holds its shape, so the belts can be bent realistically, threaded through the buckles and left hanging freely over the edge of the seat.
Carefully separate the parts from the fret with a sharp knife and remove the excess of the backing. The steel belts are self-adhesive, but a drop of super glue (cyanoacrylate) works well for a permanent joint. Shape them with tweezers; the colored surface is durable, yet handle it gently and any scuffs can be touched in.
This is a detail accessory, not a model of an aircraft. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
