A large box with two kits of the German attack aircraft in the B-2 and B-3 versions, a pair of printed airmen figures and a kit of a medium tank. Everything in 1:48.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Henschel Hs 129 was a twin-engine attack aircraft with an armored forward section that earned a mixed reputation among its crews. The cockpit was so cramped that some of the instruments had to be moved outside onto the engine nacelles, and the captured French Gnome-Rhone 14M powerplants gave the machine no margin at all when one engine fell silent. Even so, the type proved itself in combat against Soviet tanks on the Eastern Front.
The B-2 form carried a 30 mm MK 101 cannon under the fuselage, while the B-3 received a real 7.5 cm gun derived from an anti-tank gun. Only a few dozen machines armed that way were built, and they are among the most bizarre aircraft of the end of the war.
The contents are unassembled injection-molded sprues that have to be separated, glued and painted; do not expect finished products in the box. The scope of work matches three separate builds, so you may as well set aside a whole winter for this box. Glue, paints and tools are not part of the delivery. Sort the sprues by the individual instruction sheets as soon as you open it, because with three kits in one box the plastic is easy to mix up.
