1:48 Hughes MH-6 J - Space Set for ICM

Eduard SPACE MH-6J Hughes (1:48, for ICM)

This is not a kit or a model but a SPACE detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:48 scale. SPACE combines color 3D decals (raised decals of the instrument panels and side consoles) with pre-painted steel photo-etched parts, typically seat belts, small levers and cockpit details. The set is intended for the plastic kit of the light multipurpose MH-6J helicopter from ICM. The MH-6J Little Bird is a small helicopter used in support of special operations.

Use

• Paint the cockpit with the base interior color
• Apply the 3D decals to the panels and side consoles as decals; they have depth and color instruments. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer on them, as they would attack the printed resin.
• Glue the steel photo-etched parts (belts, levers) with super glue (cyanoacrylate)
• The pre-painted parts only need to be evened out slightly with a matte coat

Who the set is for

For modelers building the ICM MH-6J in 1:48 scale who want a richly detailed cockpit without laborious painting. Suitable for more advanced modelers.

This is a modeling accessory (3D decals and photo-etched parts), not a kit. The model and paints are not included in the package.
