This is a 3D-printed resin detail set of PTB-1150 underwing drop tanks with pylons for the MiG-29 Fulcrum fighter in 1:48 scale from Reskit. It is not a kit or an aircraft model but a faithful set of replacement parts for the smaller 1150 liter tanks that the MiG-29 carries under the wings. The wing pylons are included.
The set replaces simplified or missing plastic tanks with accurate 3D-printed parts with faithful proportions, filler caps and surface detail. Together with correctly shaped pylons it completes the external stores of the aircraft for long-range flights.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut them from the print supports and clean up the surfaces; protect your airways when sanding resin. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting and spray the shades with an airbrush. Check the fit against the wing of your particular kit.
This is a detail accessory, not an aircraft model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
