A sheet of full-color waterslide decals from the British maker Airscale in 1:48 scale. It contains the warning placards, lettering and dataplates found on the side consoles, ejection seats and hazardous places of modern jet cockpits. It serves to finish an interior realistically. It is not a model or a kit but a finishing accessory.
The set offers a wide range of warning placards and hazard markings used in European as well as American cockpits, including shaped and blank warning stripes that can be trimmed to size. Every motif is on the sheet separately with a minimum of carrier film. It goes well with the modern instrument decals and photo-etched cockpit details from the same maker.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss coat, which prevents silvering. Cut the motif out, dip it in lukewarm water for a few seconds and, once it releases, slide it into place. A decal softener is recommended, and going over it with a matte clear coat at the end.
This is a stand-alone accessory. The model of the aircraft itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
