An item from the range of figures in 1:48 scale tied to the light OV-10A Bronco observation and attack aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
The OV-10A Bronco is an American light observation and attack aircraft with a high-set wing and a pair of tail booms. The crew sits one behind the other under an extensively glazed cockpit that gives a view downward and to the sides; that was precisely the main advantage of a machine intended for observing a battlefield and directing attacks. The A version was the first production variant and flew with the US Air Force, the Navy and the Marine Corps.
This is an item from the range of figures in 1:48 scale tied to the OV-10A aircraft. The number of figures and their positions are given by the manufacturer in the instructions. In this scale an adult human comes out at around 36 mm, so the helmet, the vest and the hands stand out on a figure while it also matches models of aircraft of the same scale in size.
First wash the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent and let them dry off, otherwise the paint will not hold on the surface. Cut the excess material and the marks of manufacture off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the area with fine abrasive paper. Apply the paint in thin layers, make the shadow with a dark shade drawn into the folds and go lightly over the edges with a lighter tone. If you are settling a figure into a cockpit, try seating it there dry before painting.
For a modeler who is building the Bronco in 1:48 scale and does not want to leave the machine without people. Paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
