It is a casting in resin that fills out a model of the supersonic F-104 Starfighter fighter well, either directly in the cockpit or as a standing person beside the aircraft in a diorama. The figure faithfully captures the period flight suit, the helmet and the survival kit.
The Lockheed F-104 Starfighter was a slender single-seat jet fighter of the Cold War, famous for its short wings and high speed. The pilots wore pressure and high-altitude equipment matching the performance of the machine, which is reflected in the look of the figure.
First wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks off carefully and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Apply a primer before painting; for the suit, the helmet and the straps, gradual layering of shades and fine accenting of the details work well.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
