Two Bobs 1:48 Typhoon D-Day 70th Anniversary is an aftermarket sheet of waterslide decals with an anniversary scheme of invasion stripes for models of the Eurofighter Typhoon in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A standalone sheet of waterslide decals from the Two Bobs brand for models of the Eurofighter Typhoon fighter in 1:48 scale. It captures the celebratory finish for the 70th anniversary of the Normandy landings with its iconic invasion stripes. The kit and the paints are not included in the package.
The subject is the Eurofighter Typhoon, a modern multi-role fighter. For the 70th anniversary of Operation Overlord, one Royal Air Force machine received black and white invasion stripes as a tribute to the aircraft that took part in the liberation operations of 1944. The sheet holds the complete anniversary markings and technical lettering as well.
Apply the decals onto a gloss, smooth surface and use a decal softener and a decal fixer, so that the large elements (the invasion stripes) settle without folds even across panel lines. At the end, unify the surface with semi-matte clear.
What is supplied is a standalone decal sheet. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
