Royal Model 1:48 U.S. tank crew is a resin figure set of the crew members of an American tank of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin (polyurethane) figure set in 1:48 scale from the Italian brand Royal Model portrays the crew of an American tank of the Second World War. The castings stand out for the fine rendering of the uniforms and for natural poses suited to the turrets of armored vehicles and to standing by a vehicle. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The crews of American tanks wore field jackets, overalls and characteristic tank helmets during the Second World War. Figures of the crew in the turret and by the vehicle give a model of an armored vehicle a story and a sense of scale that a static tank on its own does not offer.
Wash the parts clean of the remains of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and clean the mold seams up. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting; in 1:48 scale a base with an airbrush and finishing with a thin brush are recommended, with the emphasis on the faces and the helmets.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
