A set of colored self-adhesive 3D decals for the detailed treatment of the pilot's cabin of a model of the UH-1Y Venom helicopter in 1:48 scale. The decals are printed on a flexible film with real depth and faithfully capture the modern cockpit with multifunction displays. They typically take in the instrument panel, the overhead and side panels, consoles and the seat belts. The target kits are Zimi Model and Kitty Hawk.
The Bell UH-1Y Venom is the modern four-bladed twin-engine variant of the Huey family used by the US Marine Corps. It came about within a program of deep modernization and offers a new rotor, a more powerful drive and a fully glazed digital cockpit; it serves for transport, reconnaissance and combat support.
Degrease the surface first. Cut out the individual elements, take them off the backing layer and transfer them into place with tweezers, then press them down. The film will stand a mild shaping into rounded surfaces. The displays and dials do not have to be touched up with paint.
The set holds interior decals only. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
