This is a resin accessory set, not the airplane model itself. The 1:48 scale set from MH Models holds the parts of the agricultural spraying equipment that mounts under the wings and on the fuselage of the Z-37 Cmelak model. It makes it possible to build the machine in the form in which it most often served at work over the fields.
The Z-37 Cmelak is a single-engine agricultural airplane developed in Czechoslovakia. It was designed for applying fertilizer and sprays and became one of the most widespread machines of its kind in the Eastern Bloc. Its sturdy structure, the good view from the cockpit and easy maintenance made it a dependable workhorse of agricultural aviation.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks (the gates) and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue the resin with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Check the fit against the fuselage before fitting it and settle it with a dry run if necessary. The fine lines and the tank come to life once painted and with the shadows lightly brought out.
This is an accessory for more experienced modelers. It is supplied unpainted; glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
