A resin, 3D-printed detail accessory in 1:72 scale from Reskit. The set contains one 300 gallon (1136 l) centerline auxiliary fuel tank with a pylon in the Type 1 version. It is not an aircraft kit but a part that replaces the less faithful tank from the box.
The centerline tank under the fuselage extends the range of the F-16 Fighting Falcon and is carried on the fuselage station. Reskit offers two versions differing in shape; this is Type 1 with the matching panel lines and detail.
Once the parts are off the print supports, wash them, cut off the remains of the supports and clean them up. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Coat the surface with a primer before painting.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package. Sand resin with your airways protected.
