A resin, 3D printed detail accessory in 1:72 scale from Reskit. The set holds one 300 gallon (1136 l) centerline fuel drop tank with a pylon in the Type 2 form. It is not an aircraft kit but a replacement part that makes a model more accurate.
The centerline tank under the fuselage extends the range of the F-16 Fighting Falcon and is carried on the fuselage station. Reskit makes two forms; this is Type 2, with the matching shape and surface detail.
Wash the parts free of print residue, cut the print supports off and clean them up. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Go over the surface with a base before painting.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package. Sand resin with your airways protected.
