Responsibility details are not available.
A set of plastic figures in 1:72 scale from the brand HäT. The package contains forty figures in a marching stance. The particular feature of the range is the solution for the headgear: the figures are supplied without a hat and the package holds separate tricorne hats, fusilier caps and grenadier miter caps, so you decide for yourself whether you are building musketeers, fusiliers or grenadiers. The plastic is unpainted.
The Prussian infantry of the Seven Years' War was a byword in Europe. Its rate of fire and its discipline in a close line made it the model that other armies copied for the whole following half century. Frederick the Great used it for the so-called oblique order of battle, in which he concentrated his strength on one wing of the enemy. The tall grenadier miter cap in place of a hat was the mark of the elite companies.
Wash the figures, dry them and spray them with a flexible primer. The separate headgear is small, so divide it up in advance according to the units you are building and glue it on with cyanoacrylate glue and a pair of tweezers. Remove the flash before gluing; once a cap is fitted you cannot get at it. Lighten the dark blue coat on the edges and handle the white trousers with a light gray.
The figures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
