Reskit 1:72 A-4E Skyhawk exhaust nozzle is a resin replacement for the exhaust nozzle of a model of the Douglas A-4E Skyhawk carrier-borne attack aircraft in 1:72 scale. It is a detail accessory, not a model of the aircraft.

The set replaces the exhaust nozzle on a model of the Douglas A-4E Skyhawk in 1:72 scale and it is an accessory to a kit, not a model of the aircraft. Compared with the split plastic part from the box, the resin casting has no lengthwise seam, a thinner trailing edge and a more pronounced internal structure, so you are not looking into a mere shallow blind hole in the tail of the fuselage. The set is marked with the particular A-4E version, which matters for your choice: the shape of the nozzle differs between Skyhawk versions.
The A-4E was one of the key versions of the light carrier-borne Skyhawk attack aircraft. Compared with the older machines it received a more powerful engine and a wider range of pylons under the wing and the fuselage, which markedly increased the load it could carry. The type as a whole made its name through its small dimensions, its low weight and its simple design; it managed the deck elevators without folding its wing. In various versions it served for decades with naval and land-based users, and later extensively in the aggressor and training role as well.
Before building, wash the casting in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent, so that no mold release agent is left on the surface. Cut the casting block off with a fine saw, never snap it off, and flatten the mating surface on abrasive paper on a flat base. Sand wet and with respiratory protection. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); the gel variant works well if you want longer to position the part. It is most practical to paint it before gluing it into the fuselage, the inside of the nozzle in metallic shades with dark depth, the outside to match the rest of the airframe. Deal with the heat staining around the nozzle at the very end, in thin coats.
This is an accessory to a model, not a kit in its own right. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
