A set of small resin parts (3D printed) representing the ammunition boxes for the German MG 34 and MG 42 machine guns in the small 1:72 scale. It is not a vehicle model but a detail accessory that brings dioramas and armored or transport vehicles to life. The set includes both closed and open boxes for a flexible arrangement.
Ammunition boxes were part of ordinary field equipment. In a small scale they make a convincing load on the fenders, in the cargo bed or around figures, and they give the scene a sense of scale.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water and separate them carefully from the print supports; in this scale they are very small, so work with tweezers. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint in thin coats and bring out the detail with a dry brush or a wash.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and without glue. Paints and other materials are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
