The Antonov An-26 (NATO reporting name Curl) is a twin-engined turboprop transport aircraft derived from the An-24. It was notable for its folding cargo ramp and its ability to operate from unpaved strips, which is why it spread to dozens of countries for military and civil transport alike. The early version corresponds to the initial production form of the type.
With a short-run kit, count on more careful cleaning up of the parts and on dry fitting before gluing. Fill and sand the joints if necessary. Use thin modeling cement on the plastic, apply a filler primer before painting and ideally spray the final coat with an airbrush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
