A conversion set in 1:72 scale for reworking a Bristol Beaufighter kit into the late version of the Mk.II.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Bristol Beaufighter is a British twin-engine combat aircraft of the Second World War with a crew of two. It served in the night fighter and in the strike role alike and went through a number of versions during production that differ from each other in the shape of the airframe. The Mk.II is one of them and the set is aimed at its late version.
A conversion set replaces some of the parts of the base kit so that the result matches a different version from the one the kit offers. Before buying, check in the maker's instructions which kit the set declares itself for and what exactly is replaced from it. Without that check there is a risk of buying parts that will not fit your box.
The set is meant for builders who want to build a particular version and are not afraid to cut into a kit. It assumes confidence in cutting, sanding and filling.
The package contains the parts for the conversion. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the price, unless stated otherwise.
