Eduard 1:72 Bf-109 K - paint masks is a set of precisely cut Eduard masking stencils for painting the glazing and the wheels of a model of the German fighter quickly and cleanly. It is not a model but an accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set from Eduard contains self-adhesive, precisely cut masks from kabuki tape (yellow masking film), shaped to fit a particular 1:72 kit of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 K. It serves for painting the canopy frames and usually the tires as well to perfection, so that you get crisp edges without laboriously cutting tape by hand. This is an accessory, not a kit.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 K, nicknamed Kurfürst, was the last large-series variant of the legendary German fighter from the end of the Second World War. It was powered by the strong Daimler-Benz DB 605 inverted V12 engine and represented the culmination of the long development of the Bf 109 family.
Lift the masks with tweezers, lay them on the glazing, press the edges down thoroughly and spray with an airbrush. Apply thin coats so that the paint does not creep under the edge. Once dry, take the masks off carefully. Use the inner waste from the frames for masking from the inside.
This is a masking accessory, not a stand-alone model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
