An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet BT-2 light fast tank in 1:72 scale from UM. The kit offers the fine detail typical of this brand and is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The BT-2 was the first type of the Soviet BT family of fast tanks, based on the Christie suspension taken over under license. It was built at the beginning of the 1930s and stood out for a high speed for its day; early machines carried machine gun or mixed armament. The BT design later gave the basis for the famous T-34.
In a small scale, watch for clean work on the running gear and the small parts; join them with thin liquid cement for plastic and work with tweezers. After primer, spray the covering shades with an airbrush; a dark wash will bring out the details and dust and mud pigments will bring the running gear to life.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
