The set contains fine photo-etched parts for detailing a plastic model of the twin-engine C-27J Spartan tactical transport aircraft in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane kit but an accessory that refines the interior as well as the external elements. The set is made by the Czech company Eduard.
The C-27J Spartan is a twin-engine turboprop tactical transport that followed on from the G.222 type. Thanks to its powerful engines and rugged landing gear it can operate from short and unpaved strips. It carries cargo and paratroops and is in service with a number of air forces around the world.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface and make the bends in a bender. Cyanoacrylate glue applied in small droplets works well for fixing them. Degrease bare photo-etched surfaces before varnishing.
This is an accessory set, not a model in its own right. The base kit, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
