The exhaust nozzle for the F-104 Starfighter (A, C, D, J, G), 1:72 is a resin 3D-printed accessory for authentically improving the rear of a model of this legendary supersonic fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set is NOT an aircraft model, but a resin 3D-printed accessory for advanced modelers. It replaces the plastic exhaust nozzle of an F-104 Starfighter model with an accurately detailed part featuring fine control petals and a realistic combustion-chamber structure. Suitable for the A, C, D, J, and G variants.
The Lockheed F-104 Starfighter is an American supersonic fighter from the late 1950s, known for its thin fuselage and short wings. It is powered by a General Electric J79 turbojet with afterburner; its characteristic nozzle is a prominent visual feature of the aircraft's rear.
Wash the part to remove release agent, cut off the casting block, and clean it up with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate (super glue). Bring out the nozzle's metallic look with burnt-metal shades and a light wash in the recesses.
The set is an accessory, not a standalone model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base model and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
