This is a set of pre-cut self-adhesive masks, not a model. The mask is shaped exactly to the parts of a particular F-14D Tomcat kit in 1:72 scale and serves to mask the frames of the canopy and other glazed areas, and the wheels if needed, quickly and accurately. The single-sided designation means that the stencils are meant for masking from the outside of the glazing.

Use

• Clean the glazing of grease and dust so that the mask holds well.
• Peel the individual parts off, lay them along the shape of the frames and press them down so that the paint does not creep under.
• Spray with an airbrush or apply the paint in several thin coats, and take the mask off while the paint is still tacky.
• Suitable for opaque as well as clear coats; allow drying between the coats.
